It is with deepest regret that I have to let the Lincoln High alumni and friends of Anthony Sensi, Jr. know that Anthony was murdered coming home from the grocery store near his home after picking up some milk. Anthony and I went to school together at Lincoln. This was a senseless killing of a good family man, father and husband. My heart goes out to his family. May God be with you Anthony. You will be dearly missed.

Plainclothes Officer Robert Machate was fatally shot in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. Robert Machate was 25 years old. He joined the force on July 15, 1986. He had received two commendations and 11 awards for excellent police duty.
